Eagles pass rusher Jalyx Hunt, who sustained ankle and knee injuries last week, is not expected to play Sunday against the Carolina Panthers, DC Vic Fangio said.

Philadelphia Eagles defensive coordinator Vic Fangio stated it would be miraculous for pass rusher Jalyx Hunt to play Sunday against the Carolina Panthers. Hunt suffered ankle and knee injuries against the Jacksonville Jaguars when his left leg was pinned awkwardly during a fumble recovery attempt at the end of the first half.
The Eagles face multiple other injury concerns across their roster. While edge rusher Jonathan Greenard aims to return from an ankle issue, running back Will Shipley is expected to miss multiple weeks with a torn plantar fascia, and receivers DeVonta Smith and Saquon Barkley work to return from hamstring injuries.
