Tottenham starlet Souza’s struggles for game time at Porto continue even though the left-back impressed during the international break. The full-back only started two games…

Tottenham Hotspur loanee Souza remained an unused substitute for Porto in their 2-1 win over Maritimo, extending his wait for competitive minutes this season. The 20-year-old Brazilian left-back had hoped to break into the starting lineup after reportedly impressing supporters during a friendly against Deportivo La Coruna over the international break.
Souza joined Porto on a season-long loan after managing only two starts under Roberto De Zerbi last season following his January move from Santos. Despite his lack of playing time, Portuguese outlet O Jogo reports that Porto manager Francesco Farioli and his coaching staff have been impressed by the defender's training hunger and tactical maturity.
