Cleveland Guardians infielder Nathaniel Lowe is married to Brenna Karwich, a professional nurse. The couple began dating by early 2022, got engaged in Denver in May 2024, and officially tied the knot at Emerald Lake Lodge on November 18, 2024. They welcomed their first child, a son named Barrett Ray Lowe, on August 28, 2025.
Brenna graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with a nursing degree in 2019 and previously worked at Bear Creek Surgery Center and UT Southwestern Medical Center. She was raised in Texas by parents Jeff and Terri Karwich alongside her two sisters.
