Birmingham City battered Preston 4-0 thanks to goals from Liam Millar, August Priske (2) and Demarai Gray
Birmingham City routed bottom-of-the-table Preston North End 4-0 at St Andrew's on Tuesday night. Liam Millar opened the scoring in the 33rd minute before Danish striker August Priske netted twice in first-half stoppage time. Substitute Demarai Gray sealed the victory with a 77th-minute strike after Preston had Stanley Mills sent off for a second yellow card in the second half.
Journalist Alex Dicken awarded Patrick Roberts, Christoph Klarer, Alex Cochrane, Jay Stansfield, and August Priske the team's top rating of 8 out of 10. The dominant win moved manager Chris Davies' side up to third place in the Championship table after 10 matches.
