Just five days before Game 1 of the Finals tips off in California, this championship series looks like it has found a fitting home after all.
The WNBA has adjusted its Finals schedule, moving the Atlanta Dream's home games against the Golden State Valkyries from Gateway Center Arena to State Farm Arena. The venue change increases capacity from 3,500 to 17,044 seats for Games 3 and 4 as Atlanta competes in its first Finals since 2013.
To accommodate the switch, Game 3 was moved to Oct. 21, while Game 4 on Oct. 24 will tip off at 1 p.m. ET as part of a doubleheader ahead of the Atlanta Hawks' season opener against the Houston Rockets.
