Borussia Dortmund bosses didn’t hide their frustration after the club dropped points for the first time this season.

Borussia Dortmund managing director Lars Ricken and head coach Niko Kovac expressed deep frustration after their club surrendered two late goals against Werder Bremen. The result halted Dortmund's six-game winning run across all competitions, marking the first time they dropped points in the current season.
Ricken described the outcome as pure disappointment but maintained optimism regarding their strong league start. Kovac stated that Dortmund dominated for 88 minutes before failing to close out the final stretch, urging his squad to learn valuable lessons ahead of upcoming fixtures against Bodø/Glimt and Union Berlin.
