The Los Angeles Rams confirmed an unfortunate recent update on two-time Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett.

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay announced on October 13 that the team will not open the 21-day practice window for Myles Garrett this week. Garrett has been sidelined on injured reserve since undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery following Week 1. The decision delays his anticipated return to game action after experiencing knee issues since training camp.
While NFL Network's Ian Rapoport previously suggested Garrett might return near Week 7, McVay indicated the timeline remains week-to-week based on recovery. Garrett has made only one appearance for the Rams and has yet to play alongside Aaron Donald, while the Rams also face the loss of tackle Alaric Jackson to a two-game suspension.
