Man United dressing room make their stance clear after explosive Martinez rant

Senior Manchester United players reportedly share Lisandro Martinez's frustration regarding the club's hierarchy and recruitment strategy. Following a 2-0 Champions League defeat to Atletico Madrid, Martinez publicly questioned the club's ambition, and reports indicate other experienced squad members agree that United failed to build effectively on last season's momentum.

Sporting director Jason Wilcox faces mounting internal scrutiny after the club spent roughly £155 million on midfielders Carlos Baleba, Andrey Santos, and Youri Tielemans while neglecting defensive positions. The dressing room discontent comes alongside growing pressure on manager Michael Carrick, who is currently on a five-game winless run.
