The Jacksonville Jaguars need to give rookie wide receiver Josh Cameron a bigger role on offense.

Carlos Sanchez of Black and Teal argues that rookie wide receiver Josh Cameron deserves an expanded role in the Jacksonville Jaguars offense following an efficient start to the season. In Jacksonville's 19-17 Week 5 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles, Cameron caught three passes for 43 yards on six targets and had a kickoff return touchdown negated by penalties.
Sanchez highlights that Cameron's 2.85 yards per route run ranks third in the NFL despite playing only 30.8 percent of offensive snaps. The writer contends that Cameron should see more playing time over the inconsistent Brian Thomas Jr., allowing the Jaguars to keep Travis Hunter focused on defense.
