‘It’s war’ – Real Madrid TV go on the attack ahead of El Clasico with Barcelona

Real Madrid TV has publicly lashed out after Vinicius Jr was handed a four-match suspension for pulling hair during a win over Villarreal. The ban rules the forward out of the upcoming El Clasico match against rivals Barcelona. The club's official channel reacted strongly, declaring "it's war" and claiming that Vinicius faces harsher treatment and less protection than other stars.

The presenter further argued that Barcelona would have received different treatment under similar circumstances. Referees were reportedly anticipating mounting pressure from Real Madrid ahead of the fixture. Match official Hernandez Hernandez is expected to take charge of the upcoming El Clasico scheduled for October 25 at Camp Nou.
