The Toronto Raptors have waived center Trey Jemison from his two-way contract, according to Michael Scotto of Hoops Hype. Jemison originally signed the two-way deal in early August and made one preseason appearance before suffering a hand injury during training camp, as reported by Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.
Following the move, the Raptors hold two open two-way roster spots, with guard Malachi Smith as the sole remaining two-way player. Jemison, an undrafted free agent out of UAB in 2023, has made 76 career NBA appearances across stints with Washington, Memphis, New Orleans, the Los Angeles Lakers, and New York.
