Just as the tides looked to be turning for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Blake Snell gave up back-to-back homers to flip Game 3 of the National League Championship Series on its head.
The Milwaukee Brewers' social media team mocked Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Blake Snell following Game 3 of the NLCS by captioning a highlight with his pregame remarks. Snell had noted before the game that adversity would cause the Brewers' thoughts to start racing. Instead, Snell surrendered back-to-back home runs to Jake Bauers and Garrett Mitchell, giving up three total home runs on the night.
The social media account posted a video of Bauers' home run with Snell's quote as the caption. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts had kept Snell in the game after Will Smith gave Los Angeles a lead, but Milwaukee quickly regained momentum to maintain their series advantage.
