AC Milan owner Gerry Cardinale maintains confidence in head coach Ruben Amorim despite expressing displeasure following a draw against Sassuolo. According to Calciomercato, Amorim's position remains secure for now. Cardinale speaks frequently with the manager and, while questioning certain decisions and player performances, has intended his feedback to be constructive.
Milan currently sit fifth in Serie A, remaining undefeated domestically with three draws, four points behind leaders Inter and Lazio. Amorim has recently adjusted his tactics to a four-man defense and must navigate the long-term loss of Alexis Saelemaekers to injury, alongside an earlier European defeat to Benfica.
