Derby County are always on the lookout for new academy arrivals, and it has been confirmed a talented new striker has joined.

Derby County have confirmed the permanent free transfer signing of former Crystal Palace striker Zach Marsh following a successful trial. The 21-year-old departed Selhurst Park in the summer and subsequently scored twice in two appearances for the Rams' Under-21 squad during his trial period.
Derby County academy manager Jamie Smith praised Marsh as an instinctive goalscorer who works tirelessly out of possession. Writer James Ray notes that while Marsh has joined the youth setup, he may soon be considered for a loan move or first-team contention under manager John Eustace.
