Lazio forward Albert Gudmundsson is not expected to return until after the November international break due to an arm injury. According to Corriere dello Sport, the Icelandic international hurt his left arm during a fall on international duty, with the damage proving worse than initially anticipated. He is expected to miss all fixtures in October and early November.
Meanwhile, manager Gennaro Gattuso is seeing other squad members near fitness ahead of upcoming fixtures. Nicolo Rovella and Adam Marusic are targeting returns against Parma, while Matteo Cancellieri and Danilo Cataldi are already back in contention for Lazio's match against Juventus.
