Rio Ngumoha has broken into the England setup and excelled when Liverpool beat LASK 6-3 in the Champions League on Wednesday

Liverpool head coach Andoni Iraola explained how the club is working with 18-year-old winger Rio Ngumoha to help him fulfill his potential. Iraola praised Ngumoha's one-on-one abilities as elite and called his rapid rise to the senior England national team abnormal for a player of his age. Ngumoha recently featured in a 2-0 win over Czechia and impressed during Liverpool's 6-3 Champions League victory against LASK.
Iraola noted that the teenager must improve his off-the-ball work and adapt to the physical duel demands of the Premier League. The manager also touched on Bradley Barcola, noting that the forward is finding rhythm after scoring a hat-trick against LASK ahead of Liverpool's upcoming trip to Brentford.
