Fallen Los Angeles Dodgers prospect Jose Ramos had a promising finish to his 2026 season after the New York Mets promoted him to Triple-A.

Former Los Angeles Dodgers prospect Jose Ramos delivered an impressive finish to the 2026 season after the New York Mets promoted him to Triple-A Syracuse. Despite struggling with a .218 batting average and 123 strikeouts in 91 games at Double-A Binghamton, Ramos rebounded in Triple-A, hitting .294 with four home runs, an .866 OPS, and 27 strikeouts in 32 games.
Rising Apple's Tim Boyle argues that Ramos has emerged as a worthy depth project for the Mets. As a right-handed-hitting outfielder, Boyle suggests Ramos could provide viable outfield depth behind the team's predominantly left-handed-hitting regular outfielders.
