Martin O'Neill has provided a Celtic injury update ahead of Sunday's clash with Hearts.

Celtic manager Martin O'Neill has confirmed that center-back Cameron Carter-Vickers will miss Sunday's Scottish Premiership match against Hearts due to a muscular strain. Carter-Vickers has already missed two consecutive fixtures, and O'Neill indicated that next week's game against Hibernian is the earliest expected target for the defender's return.
The absence also leaves Carter-Vickers sidelined for Celtic's upcoming Europa League encounter against Celta Vigo. With defensive rotation necessary, Dane Murray, Auston Trusty, and Liam Scales are options to cover the backline, while Celta Vigo reportedly expects forward Borja Iglesias to miss out with a hamstring injury.
