Eugenio Chacarra extends his lead at the DP World India Championship but Rory McIlroy loses ground before the third round is halted because of darkness.

Spain's Eugenio Chacarra extended his lead to two shots at the DP World India Championship before darkness halted the third round at Delhi Golf Club. Chacarra reached 14 under par through 11 holes after making four birdies on his front nine, while Rory McIlroy slipped 10 strokes behind following a difficult, erratic start to his round.
Angel Hidalgo and Joost Luiten are tied for second at 12 under, with defending champion Tommy Fleetwood sitting five shots back. McIlroy rebounded slightly with an eagle hole-out from a bunker on the 14th hole to reach four under, while Race to Dubai leader Patrick Reed sits at six under par.
