Leicester City vs Doncaster Rovers: Team News and Confirmed Lineups

Leicester City face Doncaster Rovers at King Power Stadium on October 17, with both teams confirming their lineups ahead of the clash. Leicester manager Russell Martin selected an eleven captained by John Lundstram, including Alex McCarthy, Harry Souttar, Caleb Okoli, and Emil Riis, while Conor Chaplin started on the bench. For Doncaster Rovers, manager Grant McCann named a side captained by Owen Bailey, featuring Tommy Simkin, Zain Westbrooke-partner Jay McGrath, and Alfie May in their lineup.

Leicester enter the match under pressure following a 3-1 loss to Peterborough United, with recent free-agent signing Will Smallbone missing out. Doncaster arrive on a run of three consecutive wins with clean sheets, despite missing sidelined players James Husband, Jamie Sterry, Jack Senior, Jordan Thomas, and Tommi O’Reilly.
