Ellie Scotney has withdrawn from her scheduled featherweight title fight against Tiara Brown on the MVPW-07 card following a training injury. Most Valuable Promotions confirmed the postponement to ESPN. The bout was originally set to serve as the co-main event on November 8 alongside Alycia Baumgardner vs. Elif Nur Turhan.
Following Scotney's withdrawal, a bout between Ramla Ali and Mikiah Kreps for vacant WBO and IBF junior featherweight belts has been promoted to the co-main event slot. MVP stated that Scotney's fight against Brown is expected to be rescheduled rather than canceled entirely.
