Arsenal are set to cut 60 jobs within six months of winning their first Premier League title in 22 years

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta addressed upcoming job cuts at the club, explaining that club leadership told him the decision was made to evolve and ensure long-term success. Chief executive Richard Garlick notified staff that around 60 non-playing roles will be eliminated, representing about seven percent of the club's 871 permanent workforce, though playing and coaching staff across the men's and women's teams remain unaffected.
Speaking ahead of Arsenal's match against Nottingham Forest, Arteta noted that while difficult decisions were taken to structure roles properly, he was not the right person to address administrative business. Additionally, Arteta confirmed that Arsenal will retake the official squad photo after defender William Saliba missed the original shoot due to a medical appointment.
