Manchester United U21s suffered their first loss of the season, falling 3-2 to Nottingham Forest U21s despite goals from Dan Armer and Samuel Lusale.

Manchester United Under-21s saw their 100% winning record end with a 3-2 defeat against Nottingham Forest Under-21s at Loughborough University on Friday. Despite a standout showing from winger Samuel Lusale, Adam Lawrence's side could not prevent their first loss of the season.
Fuad Smith gave Forest the lead before Dan Armer equalized from a penalty won by Lusale. Lusale scored in the 56th minute to put United ahead, but Smith converted a retaken penalty and Shakur Samuels capitalized on a defensive error to secure the win for Forest.
