Hansi Flick is outperforming Barcelona greats

Hansi Flick has achieved the highest win percentage in Barcelona history for qualifying managers with at least 10 games in charge. Across his 127 matches with the club, the German manager has earned 98 wins, 10 draws, and 19 defeats, producing a 77.17% win rate. Barcelona opened the 2026–27 campaign under his leadership with ten consecutive victories and 43 goals.

Flick's win rate places him ahead of Luis Enrique at 76.24%, Tito Vilanova at 75%, and Pep Guardiola at 72.47%. Thomas Mustac notes that while Flick has secured domestic honors including La Liga, the Copa del Rey, and the Spanish Super Cup, sustained success and further European titles will ultimately determine whether he matches the long-term legacies of Guardiola and Johan Cruyff.
