Cleveland Guardians outfielder Steven Kwan revealed that players primarily played card games and ping pong to pass the time during Friday's ALCS Game 4 rain delay against the Tampa Bay Rays. Speaking to MLB Network Radio on SiriusXM, Kwan noted that card games were the most popular activity and joked that while he personally watched from the sidelines, his teammates rarely listened to his advice.
The game at Progressive Field was ultimately postponed until Saturday night, setting up a potential stretch of four games in four days. Manager Stephen Vogt confirmed that the postponement would not disrupt the team and stated that the lineup would remain unchanged, featuring Kwan leading off in left field.
