Manchester City made it seven Premier League wins in a row on Saturday but ended the game sweating on the fitness of five players

Manchester City emerged with five injury concerns following their 3-2 victory against Ipswich Town on Saturday. Erling Haaland exited down the tunnel late with a foot issue, while Antoine Semenyo limped off with an unspecified leg injury. Matheus Nunes was also forced off holding his groin, Mateo Kovacic was substituted as a precaution, and Nico O'Reilly continued to struggle with an ongoing back problem.
Manager Enzo Maresca indicated that Haaland and Kovacic reported feeling okay, offering hope that both could feature alongside Nunes against AEK Athens on October 20. However, Maresca confirmed the club must wait for further assessments on Semenyo. The injury scares overshadowed City extending their perfect start to seven Premier League wins courtesy of two goals from Haaland and a Phil Foden strike.
