The San Francisco 49ers are set to face the Washington Commanders as they continue their run in the season. But amid the preparations, offensive lineman Trent Williams was questioned about potentially reigniting his sorrowful memories with the Commanders. Turns out…

San Francisco 49ers offensive lineman Trent Williams made a blunt remark regarding his former team ahead of their matchup, saying he sometimes forgets he even played for the Washington Commanders. Williams noted that he has spent nearly as much time in San Francisco as he did during his nine seasons in Washington.
Williams originally joined Washington in 2010 before holding out in 2019 following disagreements over how the franchise handled his cancer diagnosis. Washington eventually traded him to San Francisco in April 2020 for two draft selections, reuniting him with head coach Kyle Shanahan.
