Amber Taverns has applied for a licence variation to open a venue from 6am on days when the Stoke City men's first team plays away from home. The venue is currently permitted to open and sell alcohol starting at 7am on Saturdays and 10am Sunday through Friday.
The proposed change would permit both the opening of the venue and the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises starting at 6am. Newcastle Borough Council is conducting a public consultation regarding the licensing application until Monday, October 19.
