Byron Murphy II was a Pro Bowl snub last year, but the way he's playing for the Seattle Seahawks this year should make him certifiably un-snubbable.
Aaron Zacharias of 12th Man Rising argues that Seattle Seahawks defensive tackle Byron Murphy II is building an undeniable case for a Pro Bowl selection. Murphy delivered a standout performance against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 5, recording six tackles, three tackles for loss, and two sacks while becoming the first defender to sack Brock Purdy this season.
Through six games, Murphy has registered 21 total tackles, three sacks, and 19 quarterback pressures. Zacharias notes that Murphy previously felt disrespected after missing out on Pro Bowl honors the prior season despite leading NFC defensive tackles in fan voting, but his current form makes another snub unlikely.
