The Serie A giants reveal joint plans for their state-of-the-art new home…

AC Milan and Inter have officially unveiled joint plans for their proposed new home, the Generali Stadium, which is set to replace the historic San Siro. The modern 71,500-capacity venue will be constructed within a 281,000-square-metre urban regeneration project in the San Siro district, with insurance firm Generali securing long-term naming rights.
Designed by the architects behind Wembley Stadium, the ground will feature an exposed concrete X-frame, two continuous tiers, and steep stands banked up to 37 degrees. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2028, targeting an opening ahead of the 2031/32 season and Euro 2032.
