Declan Rice scored an 82nd-minute equaliser to earn Arsenal a 2-2 draw against Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League at the Allianz Arena. Substitute Eberechi Eze put Mikel Arteta's side ahead in the 25th minute, before Alphonso Davies levelled for the hosts. Harry Kane then converted a 61st-minute penalty following a Jurrien Timber handball to put Bayern in front.
Rice secured a point for Arsenal after finishing a pass from substitute Viktor Gyokeres past Manuel Neuer. Arsenal had earlier lost Bukayo Saka to an apparent muscular injury after just 10 minutes. The draw leaves Arsenal seventh in the Champions League league phase with seven points from three matches, while Vincent Kompany's Bayern Munich sit 14th with five points.
