Serhou Guirassy was kept under wraps by South Africa in their AFCON qualifying fixture, but the striker still found a way to make an impact.

Borussia Dortmund striker Serhou Guirassy featured for Guinea in their Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against South Africa. Despite Guinea ultimately suffering a defeat, Guirassy played a pivotal role in creating his team's equalizer during the second half of the contest.
In the 69th minute, with South Africa leading 1-0, Guirassy took a free-kick that went through the defensive wall. The deflected effort allowed unmarked teammate Seydouba Cisse to score past South African goalkeeper Ronwen Williams to temporarily level the score at 1-1.
