UEFA Women’s Europa Cup: She-Wolves record big win over Sturm Graz

VfL Wolfsburg Frauen secured a commanding 6-1 victory over Sturm Graz in the first leg of their UEFA Women's Europa Cup second-round qualifying tie. Ella Peddemors scored early with a free-kick and assisted Lara Prasnikar, before Smilla Vallotto and Svenja Huth added goals to establish a four-goal lead before halftime.

Sturm Graz pulled a goal back through Brigitta Pulins following triple substitutions by Wolfsburg manager Stephan Lerch. However, late goals from substitutes Katharina Piljic and Lena Lattwein sealed the five-goal advantage ahead of the decisive second leg next week.
