Ally McCoist delivers Nuno sacking verdict after West Ham ‘wake up call’ in West Brom loss

TalkSPORT pundit Ally McCoist has backed West Ham United manager Nuno Espirito Santo following growing fan frustration after consecutive Championship defeats. The Hammers fell to eighth in the table after a 3-1 home loss to West Bromwich Albion on Saturday, prompting supporters to boo at both halftime and full-time. Speaking to Jeff Stelling, McCoist dismissed immediate sacking concerns, describing the setback as a wake-up call and stating that he expects the manager to get things right.

James Ray of The72 argues that while an immediate departure seems unlikely with 33 games remaining, pressure is mounting on Nuno to deliver automatic promotion. West Ham currently sit on 22 points from 13 matches ahead of upcoming away fixtures against Cardiff City and Blackburn Rovers.
