Fabio Celestini names his first Burnley XI for Portsmouth clash…

Fabio Celestini named his first Burnley starting lineup for the clash against Portsmouth, making three changes to the team. Marcus Edwards, Andreas Hountondji, and Jamie Vardy were all brought into the starting XI, while Max Alleyne moved to the bench. Armando Broja missed out due to an apparent groin injury sustained against Lincoln, and Dastan Satpayev was also sidelined.
Midfielder Josh Cullen returned to Burnley's matchday squad on the bench, marking his first appearance since suffering an ACL injury in December 2025. Meanwhile, Portsmouth made one alteration to their lineup, replacing Terry Devlin with Jayden Meghoma.
