Former Premier League defender Igor Stimac now operates Rizman Winery, which was named Europe's best wine destination according to a DFDS study. The former Croatia international took over the family wine and olive oil venture after stepping away from his playing and managerial career, scoring 94 out of 100 in the continental rankings.

During his football career, Stimac played for Derby County and West Ham United, earned 53 international caps, and finished third at the 1998 World Cup before managing Croatia. Alongside wine production, the family's virgin olive oil earned international recognition by winning an award at the Sol d'Oro competition in Italy.
