Championship strugglers Derby County sign experienced defender Jack Robinson on a three-month deal.
Championship club Derby County have signed experienced defender Jack Robinson on a three-month contract. The 33-year-old was available as a free agent after departing Birmingham City by mutual agreement last month. Robinson previously came through Liverpool's academy and has made nearly 300 appearances in the Championship, primarily featuring for Sheffield United.
Robinson will not be eligible for Derby's upcoming match against Stoke City on Saturday afternoon as he awaits assessment from the conditioning staff. Second-from-bottom Derby are winless in six matches and recently suffered a squad setback with defender Sondre Langas ruled out until the new year due to a groin injury.
