Portsmouth players Ebou Adams and Marko Milovanovic are nearing the EFL's disciplinary suspension threshold after receiving three yellow cards each in the opening 12 Championship matches. Under EFL rules, any player accumulating five bookings before game-week 19 receives an automatic one-match ban. Head coach John Mousinho will look to avoid suspensions as Pompey prepare to face Burnley.
Pompey have accumulated 18 yellow cards overall this season, which is the fourth lowest tally in the Championship. Adams and Milovanovic must avoid receiving two additional bookings across the club's next seven matches before their 19th fixture against West Bromwich Albion on December 5.
