Portsmouth extended their unbeaten run to 5 matches after an uninspiring encounter with The Clarets in Lancashire.

Portsmouth earned a point away from home following a 0-0 draw against Burnley at Turf Moor in the Championship. Portsmouth captain Marlon Pack had an early goal disallowed after referee Ruebyn Ricardo whistled for a foul on Burnley goalkeeper Grégoire Coudert by Ryan Kavuma-McQueen. At the other end, Portsmouth goalkeeper Nicolas Schmid made key saves to deny efforts from Kyle Walker and Andréas Hountondji.
The draw moved John Mousinho's team up to 11th in the Championship standings with 19 points. Fabio Celestini's Burnley side pushed for a winner, with Leeds United loanee Largie Ramazani having an opportunity blocked by Pack in the second half, but neither team could break the deadlock across the 90 minutes.
