Wilder has given his reasons for his substitutions against Derby in an attempt to clinch all three points…

Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder defended his tactical substitutions after his side was held to a draw against Derby County at Bramall Lane. Derby were reduced to ten men when Dion Sanderson was sent off in the 66th minute. Substitute Romelle Donovan quickly made an impact by delivering a cross to assist Patrick Bamford's equalizing goal.
Wilder explained that tactical shape prevented him from fielding three wingers simultaneously, leading to the introductions of Jordan Ayew and Tyrese Campbell. Derby goalkeeper Jacob Zetterstrom produced ten saves throughout the contest, which included denying Sydie Peck late in the match to preserve the draw.
