Sheffield United won't want to lose the midfielder this winter as they eye a place in the Championship play-offs under Chris Wilder.

Sheffield United midfielder Sydie Peck is expected to attract transfer interest in the upcoming January transfer window, according to BBC Radio Sheffield's Adam Oxley. The 22-year-old England youth international has become a key player for manager Chris Wilder, recording four goals and three assists in 16 appearances this season. Peck remains under contract at Bramall Lane until June 2028.
West Ham was reportedly keen on signing Peck on a permanent basis last summer following their relegation, but a move failed to materialize. The former Arsenal academy midfielder recently scored a hat-trick in Sheffield United's 3-2 victory against Preston North End, aiding the Blades' push toward the Championship play-off positions.
