A Sheffield United sponsorship deal is helping put Andy’s Man Club’s message in front of thousands of supporters, after a company generously chose not to use the exposure for itself. Danny Hall found out why…

Sheffield United's Bramall Lane Kop has been branded with the name of mental health charity Andy's Man Club for the next two seasons. The exposure comes courtesy of company Datagraphic, which agreed to a two-season deal to sponsor the Blades' biggest stand before opting to donate the sponsorship rights entirely to the charity.
Datagraphic representative Rhian Harris explained that the business did not need consumer advertising and chose instead to support the charity as part of its social value strategy. Along with stand branding, Andy's Man Club's message will be featured across stadium advertising and matchday programmes to help raise awareness and combat male suicide.
