Stoke City head to Bolton Wanderers in a return to Championship action after a long international break

More than 25,000 tickets have already been sold as Stoke City prepare to face former manager Steven Schumacher's Bolton Wanderers at the Toughsheet Stadium. Stoke enter the Championship fixture sitting seventh in the table following a run of four wins and a draw in five matches before the international break.
Bolton sit 15th after winning their last two league games, positioned just three points behind Stoke. The matchup also features several former Potters, including goalkeeper Gavin Bazunu, backup Jack Bonham, assistant coach Mark Hughes, and sports science head Paul Walsh.
