West Ham are in early discussions to reward midfielder Mohamadou Kante with an improved contract, but the club reportedly holds a slight concern regarding his representatives, 442 Partners. With Kante's profile rapidly rising in the Championship, West Ham are conscious that a boutique agency might see a high-profile transfer as a significant opportunity.
The French midfielder is currently under contract until the summer of 2031, leaving West Ham under no immediate pressure to sell. Manager Nuno Espirito Santo considers Kante a key asset, and the club aims to reflect his development with new terms while preserving a constructive relationship with his agents.
