Karl Broadhurst has been appointed Wolves’ new under-18s head coach, with former Old Gold defender Richard Stearman joining him as assistant head coach.

Wolverhampton Wanderers have appointed Karl Broadhurst as their new under-18s head coach on October 22, 2026. Former Wolves defender Richard Stearman has also joined the academy setup as Broadhurst's assistant head coach. The appointments follow Rich Walker's promotion to under-21s head coach in the wake of James Collins departing during the summer.
Broadhurst originally joined Wolves in 2017, advancing through multiple youth phase coaching roles before this appointment. Stearman, who made over 250 senior appearances for Wolves, returns to Compton after previous coaching spells with Solihull Moors and Swansea City.
