Wolves are projected to finish third with 75 points, just one point behind second-placed Middlesbrough and five points behind projected champions West Ham United.

West Brom are forecast to finish seventh with 70 points, qualifying for the newly expanded six-team play-off format. Under the system, Wolves would receive a bye to the two-legged semi-finals, while West Brom would play an away eliminator match against sixth-placed Norwich City.
