The loan star’s first half exit was the one blot on the day.

Wolverhampton Wanderers will assess midfielder Jordan James after he sustained an injury during Saturday's 3-0 victory over Cardiff. The 22-year-old Wales international, who is currently on loan from Rennes, was forced off just past the half-hour mark in only his third league start of the campaign.
Wolves manager Cesar Peixoto explained that James felt discomfort earlier in the week, but initial tests showed no injury. Peixoto noted that James felt something again during the match, requiring medical evaluation ahead of Wednesday's clash against Bristol City.
