Former striker Fraizer Campbell has backed Wrexham midfielder Lewis O'Brien to eventually play in the Premier League. Campbell, who played alongside O'Brien at Huddersfield Town, praised the player's talent, work ethic, and humble attitude, stating that he has always possessed the necessary qualities to perform at the highest level of English football.
O'Brien has become a key player under manager Phil Parkinson as Wrexham compete in the Championship. Campbell also joked that the club's high-profile ownership under Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney may have helped attract O'Brien, adding that he hopes the midfielder reaches the top flight with Wrexham.
