Sheffield Wednesday are on the hunt for a new head coach.

Sheffield Wednesday are advancing their search for a new head coach following Henrik Pedersen's departure. Former Aberdeen manager Jimmy Thelin has emerged as a new candidate linked to the vacancy, while former Stockport County boss Dave Challinor is also under consideration as the club narrows down its shortlist.
The Owls are evaluating domestic and international options capable of instilling an attacking playing identity. Other potential contenders have included Notts County's Martin Paterson, while previous candidate Dean Holden has since signed a contract extension with Hull City.
