FEATURE | Three things we learned as PSG beat Barcelona to continue their winning start to their Champions League defence

Paris Saint-Germain defeated Barcelona 4-2 at the Parc des Princes to maintain their perfect start to their UEFA Champions League title defense. Désiré Doué opened the scoring in the first half before Xavi Espart equalized for the visitors. Lucas Hernández, Vitinha, and Fabián Ruiz later added goals for the reigning European champions, while Lamine Yamal scored for Barcelona.

The victory marked PSG's third consecutive European win of the campaign, following an earlier four-goal display against Manchester City, and ended Barcelona's 11-match unbeaten run across all competitions. However, the triumph came with physical setbacks for Luis Enrique's side, as attackers Ousmane Dembélé and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia both left the pitch with injuries.
